Negative: Si no te importa ducharte con agua fria despues de llegar de la calle en febrero con frio esta bien, pero si ademas lo comunicas a un “asistente virtual “ que se repite en la contestaciones y no resuelve nada, te da un numero de telefono que llamas y marca que no existe, es pésimo. Y ademas si te quedas dos noches el qr para que te hagan la habitación no funciona, lo comunicas y el asistente te dice lo mismo “lo siento mucho blabla ..” pero no soluciona NADA
