Positive: La habitación muy confortable y limpia. Personal de limpieza muy amables y eficientes Negative: Falta de trato personal y demasiado tecnológico.

Positive: Ubicado frente a la estación de trenes, en plena riviera, muy recomendable para visitar esa zona Negative: Para los que no estamos muy dichos con la tecnología,es todo digital desde el check in hasta la comunicación , todo por app y wasap, lo bueno es que te atienden cuando surge algun inconveniente , hay que estar con buena señal para hospedarse, las instalaciones muy modernas y grandes 5G

Frustrating and missing a reception desk. Positive: The location was good. Negative: My room was right under the roof. When I arrived it was > 30 degrees.The AC was not working and it was impossible to cool the room down. When asking for support you talk to an AI assistant. There is no reception desk.

Great room for the price Positive: I feel like the experience depends on the room you get. I got an attic room on the last floor and it felt recently renovated, cleaner than what other reviews shared (no mold in the shower) and was very spacious. Nice skylights (roof windows) both in the room and bathroom, nice shower, lots of towels, power outlets and storage space, comfortable bed. Free water bottle and tea packets offered. Online check in so you don't have to talk to anyone, nice rest area with tables in the reception and lockers (usually taken but there's luggage storage next door) and I felt safe. For the price it was very worth it. Negative: Could have been a little cleaner, at least clean the dead bugs off the walls... Wish there was a way to cover the windows as the light didn't allow me to sleep much (my fault for not bringing an eye mask to be honest) and I couldn't figure out the AC or don't know if it was working.
