MyStay - Porto São Bento - Double room with balcony

Positive: The location of the accommodation was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Porto. It is very close to São Bento train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. It was also very convenient that there is a locker option to leave luggage before check-in. Additionally, there is a common area downstairs where you can sit, have a coffee, and charge your phone, which was a nice and useful feature. The host was responsive and replied quickly to messages, but when we sad about humudity the answers were the same again and again like we chat with robot. Negative: However, the room was extremely small. We barely had enough space to open and place our suitcases, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the humidity. From the moment we opened the door, the room felt very damp, and the air was heavy. We had to keep the balcony door open for a long time just to make the room feel breathable. We contacted the host regarding the humidity, but unfortunately, the responses were repetitive and did not offer a real solution. Overall, while the location and some of the facilities were very good, the size of the room and especially the humidity significantly affected our comfort.

Positive: La localité est parfaite, tout peut se faire facilement à pied ! La chambre est très petite mais fonctionnelle. Negative: En revanche il ne vaut mieux pas regarder le plafond dans la salle de bain avec une énorme tâche de moisissure.

No pudimos ni entrar Positive: No pudimos entrar a la habitación, estaba ocupada y nos dijeron que había overbooking y solo nos dieron la opción de devolución del dinero y solo nos han devuelto una parte, asi que nos quedamos tirados en medio de Porto a las 18.00 de la tarde sin poder dejar las cosas en ningún lado y habiendo pagado un parking cerca de la estancia. Negative: La ayuda que nos proporcionaron al tener problemas con la estancia
