Negative: Versprochen war ein Shuttle service.. die konnte aber nicht in Anspruch genommen werden weil kein Personal vor Ort... telefonieren ohne Erfolg

Negative: És molt impersonal, parles sempre amb una ia. Si no fas el check in abans no pots entrar a deixar el teu equipatge. Només es pot accedir una hora abans del check in. L’ascensor no funcionava

Negative: Llegamos antes, tuvimos que esperar porque no había nadie allí para decirnos dónde podíamos dejar la maleta y al final vimos la consigna pero había que pagar por consigna. El último día se olvidaron de dejarnos los desayunos
