MyStay - Porto Batalha single room with balcony

Positive: В номере было чисто, имелось все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Отель находится в центре города, рядом метро, рынок, много туристических мест. Хозяин предоставил всю необходимую информацию и был очень приветлив. Также в номере оставили бутылку воды, что приятно. Единственное что, в помещении очень тонкие стены и слышно чем занимаются соседи🙂 Но в отелях и хостелах часто так, поэтому это не сильно испортило впечатление.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel bien situé et propre Positive: Facilité d'accès à la chambre, situation géographique, confort de la chambre, propreté. L'hôte a régulièrement envoyé des messages pour me tenir informée sur la réservation et les conditions d'accès Negative: Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu regarder la tv le soir car elle ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai immédiatement averti l'hôte qui a aussitôt répondu, mais sans pouvoir se déplacer ou envoyer un technicien dans la soirée (tard pour une intervention).

Top je conseil Positive: Tout Negative: On entend le voisin ronfler

Extremely and unnecesssarily STRESSFUL Positive: Very centrally located, even though not easiest to find. Negative: The property was extremely difficult to Access for anyone with mobile disability. It was more than a challenge for me! Room was not cleaned during my stay and no cleaning agents to wash Handbasin or shower. No change of towels, even on request. Had to phone help line to access fresh towels. DID NOT GET ACCESS CODES, again, had to phone helpline. By then, I was physically and mentally exhausted. Didn’t have access until after 4, even though I had arrived in Porto after 9 .am. I had requested earlier entrance and even though the officiate time was 4 pm, I was still not furnished the entrance Code until after 4 pm. Spent a lot of time sending E-Mails and Telephoning.

Ótima para estadias curtas! Positive: O quarto era excelente. Boa localização. Tinha edredões a mais e ar condicionado. Negative: Ouvia se barulho dos outros quartos.
