MyStay - Porto Bolhão Garden View studio

Pensé que sería mejor Positive: Estaba céntrico Negative: Nos han permitido entrar a las 16 de la tarde que ya me parece super tarde, pero es que además nos han cobrado más por salir a las 12 am en vez de a las 10. Me parece que para el precio que tiene esto es algo excesivo. Además no pudimos bañarnos en la piscina porque estaba sucia y las puertas del baño tenían muchos problemas para abrirse.

Positive: Location is very good Negative: There were no staff and when we had problem with the locker which was in the hotel, a person who had to be in contact with the clients answered an hour later. Didn't pick up the phone, didn't answer messages. We couldn't take our bags and do anything until they answered. There was smell from the bathroom. There is no warm water in the sink and from some point warm water finished from the shower as well.

Negative: Não gostei da demora para enviar o número do quarto e o código de acesso corretamente. Precisei esperar bastante
