MyStay - Porto Bolhão Garden View apartment with balcony

Positive: Localização Negative: Não tinha itens de higiene pessoal, como sabonete para mãos e banho e nem informações de que era preciso levar. O piso faz muito barulho e parece que os hóspedes do piso de cima estavam dentro do nosso apartamento. O ar condicionado não estava aquecendo.

Positive: Bien positionné, proche des bus et métro. possibilité d'aller à l'aéroport en Bus ou métro, mais attention, le métro ne commence qu'à 7h du matin. Negative: Il ne faudrait pas facturer un petit déjeuner. Ce qui est proposé est limite de l'escroquerie.

Management can do better Positive: The location is very good, very central. The little pool and garden are nice. Negative: The stay was only one night, but the minimum level of comfort and cleanliness was not guaranteed. The rooms had no toiletries available. The cleaning was inadequate: the walls were greasy, and the bathroom showed signs of water infiltration and mold, which I consider a health hazard.

Good location, clean house with lots of space Positive: Nice spacious area, easy to access Negative: Our bed was broken (could still use it but not very comfortable) and there were no toiletries despite being listed on the booking

Positive: Läget o staden var bra. Negative: Poolen var helt grön och gick inte att använda, uteplatsen i oordning. Rummet var inte städat efter föregående gäst och det krävdes att jag ringde två gånger innan det åtgärdades, vi fick vänta 3 timmar. Rummet skulle vara klar 16 men det var det inte. Det saknades porslin/glas, det fanns inte till 4 gäster. Alla problem har påtalats men ingen åtgärd under nätterna vi var där förutom städningen.
