Negative: Impossible d’utiliser le sèche cheveux car coupure d électricité systématique. Literie pas confortable Pas du tout insonorisé (bruit des voisins, de la porte d’entrée dans l’immeuble….)

Non è stato un problema in quanto, una volta chiamata l’assistenza, sono stati molto rapidi e gentili, mettendomi a disposizione una nuova camera. Purtroppo la camera era molto piccola (letto singolo, nonostante avessi prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale), pareti molto sottili che non mi hanno fatto dormire tutte la notte visto il via-vai di gente per il condominio.

Negative: We paid an extra €20 for a late check-out, but unfortunately the experience did not go as expected. We had no electricity throughout the entire morning, which made things very difficult for us and caused several unexpected inconveniences, especially when we needed to use appliances, pack our belongings, and prepare to leave. We understand that unforeseen issues can happen, but since we paid an additional fee to stay longer, we expected better conditions. It would be important to ensure that situations like this are prevented or, at the very least, that guests are offered a solution when they occur.
