Ottima posizione
Positive: Posizione super centrale, parcheggio di fronte e zona molto vivace, piena di ottimi locali. Spazi sfruttati al meglio e ambiente abbastanza moderno
Negative: Muffa in bagno, molta polvere sotto al letto e un po' scarsa l'insonorizzazione
