Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Positive: Good location Negative: We spent three nights at this accommodation and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. While the location of the room was great, the overall quality of the stay was lacking. Upon arrival, we noticed that only one of the three electrical outlets in the room was working, and the sink tap was slightly clogged. These were minor issues, but they still affected our comfort. We had booked breakfast in advance, but on the first morning, it never arrived. I tried reaching the accommodation by phone in the morning, but no one answered. I could only speak with an AI automated agent through Booking.com. After several attempts, I was finally able to reach someone via the chat on the accommodation's website. They promised a refund for the first breakfast, but when I asked to cancel the remaining two breakfasts, they informed me that it was not possible. The breakfast, when it finally arrived, was disappointing. It was a box delivered the day before, containing only pre-packaged, low-quality items. There was also instant coffee, two small cartons of juice, and two cartons of milk. The accommodation did not explain the type of breakfast we would be receiving at the time of booking, nor did they mention that it would be delivered the night before. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the experience was far from pleasant. Despite the good location, I would not recommend this accommodation based on the lack of service and subpar amenities.

Positive: El baño muy cómodo, renovado. El alojamiento está bien calidad/precio Negative: No recuerdo si estaba explicado en la descripcion pero no limpian la habitación a menos que lo solicites. Volvi al segundo dia esperando enco trar limpio y nada. Asi me enteré. No me agrada esa forma Todo el sistema es on line. No tratas con nadie en alojamiento. En el 2do piso la señal de WiFi a veces se cortaba
