Negative: Tinha muito pó, muita falta de manutenção o chuveiro era mau as mesas de cabeceira estavam a cair , falta de cortina na parte da casa de banho e o barulho dos aparelhos de ar condicionado mesmo por cima do telhado eram insuportaveis ,passei a noite em claro

My stay was uncomfortable, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.
Positive: I reserve my comments.
Negative: I had challenges in accessing the main entrance and the room. The room was not cleaned, despite putting in a request a day earlier. Empty promises to be attended to were made until I left. This sounded unprofessional. The response time for retrieving luggage from the locker was too long. There was noise from the wooden stairs.
