Negative: The entire stay of 5 days / 4 nights room wasn't clean at all. I have to place multiple requests, at least my trash to be picked up or towels replaced . Housekeeping doesn't speak English at all, not even a word. The first 2 days there was problems with the AC . The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled bad. In the end, in order to store your travel bag with the hotel you will have to pay 2.50 euro PER HOUR . After that, there were issues with the code to pick my bag from the storage they provided. No iron in the room, no coffee maker, no refrigerator or cooler. When I showered, the water wasn't really warm .
