MyStay - Porto São Bento - Habitación doble con balcón

Positive: Sehr gute Lage, sauber, guter Support bei Fragen. Negative: Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass Zugangscodes und WIFI Details vorgängig zugestellt worden wäre, wie das in der Ankündigung beschrieben ist. Ich musste daher jeweils nachfragen. Die Antwort kam allerdings sehr schnell.

Positive: Quarto ainda que pequeno bastante funcional e organizado, cama confortável e bem insonorizado relarivamente à rua e comboio Negative: Espaço bastante degradado e com limpeza a melhorar. Lençol manchado chão de alcatifa sujo, tecto wc com bolor e aduelas das portas partidas. A àgua não passou de tépida no duche da manhã.

Positive: The location is perfect. Negative: The humidity was crazy, the towels were wet the whole time. There was mold on the curtains. The room was so small we had no space to put our luggage. The bathroom also very small. There was no fridge.

This stay was a disaster that has ruined my entire trip and beyond. Positive: Location Negative: The room was filled bed bugs and it took 7 hours to hear from the management on a course of action. Their housekeeping staff literally only changed the sheets on the bed after seeing bed bugs with their own eyes. I woke up at 3 AM to a swarm of bed bugs biting me and had to sleep in the lobby to escape. And they had to nerve to try and refund us for only nights that we cancelled. I am covered in bites, have had to spend a trip that cost lots of money just attempting to mitigate the risk of infestation, and most likely have to discard of most of my clothes and suitcase for fear of bringing this issue back home. Horribly negligent and undeserving of hosting any guests.
