MyStay - Habitación individual con balcón en Porto Batalha

Positive: Comfortable, extremely centric and priced fairly for what it was Negative: There was virtually no staff as everything is automated and uses AI for a lot of things. You can see this as a good thing or a bad thing, personally, I don't like it. The air conditioning temperature is capped, if you're someone that has a really hard time with heat you might be left wanting a biiit more cold air. I didn't end up using it much cause the weather was quite cold when i was there. But keep that in mind. Extremely tiny elevator, only 1 person with luggage that isn't too big fits, or two people without baggage. Again, not an inherently bad thing but keep it in mind.

Too Much AI Positive: Love the location right next to the Fado restaurant. The rooms were clean and not clutteted with unnecessary decorations. I liked that there was no cleaning staffing the hotel. I did not feel the need to lock my suitcase every time I left my room. Negative: There needs to be a person on-site. It was very stressful to wonder what would happen if my phone died or was lost and I could not get to my access code or to the Booking.com messaging page. Joaquim did answer all my questions, but there is still that 100% reliance on cell phones that is bothersome to me. Aside from the AI concierge, I suggest that the hall lighting stay on a little longer for entering the room code.

Ótima localização Positive: Localização incrível.

Tudo ok Positive: Boa localização, quartos limpos e confortáveis. A zona da copa comum também dá muito jeito e estava tudo bem cuidado Negative: Ouve-se mesmo muito barulho dos quartos vizinhos. O facto do check in ser as 16h e o checkout ser às 10h não faz muito sentido. Mas pelo menos têm lugar de guardar as bagagens.

Positive: Emplacement Negative: Pas de petit déjeuner alors que j'ai acheté 2 nuits avec breakfast included. Nombreuses fuites et humidité partout. Aucun personnel, tout est automatique.
