Positive: The location is excellent for exploring the city, and the room had air conditioning. Negative: Check-in was only available from 4:00 p.m., while check-out was at 10:00 a.m. The walls were extremely thin, so every movement and noise from the neighbouring rooms could be heard. On the last day, brown water started leaking from the ceiling. I contacted the host and asked them to fix the problem or at least replace the towels I had used to collect the dirty water. At first, I was told that the issue would be resolved shortly. Later, the host said that nothing could be done and promised to refund me, but I never received the refund. Suggested title: Great location, but poor soundproofing and a serious maintenance issue
