Positive: Las vistas eran perfectas y con un paseo de 15 minutos estás al lado del Ponte Luis l. Me gusta porque la zona es tranquila, alejada de la masificación.

Positive: Удобное бесконтактное заселение. Красивый вид из окна. Просторно. Отлично для 3-4 человек. Отличный душ и санузел. До транспорта и магазинов минут 20 ходьбы Negative: Не было фена и слабо работал холодильник

A very disappointing stay Positive: Spacious 2 bed apartment with very basic facilities, with beautiful view of the bridge and the river. Lots of storage space, good lighting, kitchen, dining area as well as sitting area. All very basic. No luxuries Negative: The apartment is in a run down area, 15 minutes walk to the centre. A bit scary to walk back late at night as lots of people drinking and sitting around on way back. Buses and metro all 10 to 15 minute walk away. No decent place to eat nearby. Check in experience was a nightmare. We asked for early check in at 12 and it was agreed. It took us 2 hours to get out of the airport so we got to the apartment at 2 to find that it was not ready. We rang them and we're told apartment will be ready at 4. Check.in time was 2. So I told them, we had a long walk from the metro n were too tired to go back out and were not willing to wait. Then we were told, the staff is there, getting to room ready. We told them, noone is there because we had already knocked on the door. The women arrived after 20 minutes of us sitting on the stairs, waiting for them. We told them to let us, at least go in and sit while they cleaned the room so we managed to get in. Total nightmare. There were lots of other issues. The washing machine didn't work. There was no, tea, coffee, salt, pepper. There was smell in bathroom. The ba s in flooded everytime we had a bath.there was 2 of us and we had to wait an hour before the other one could take a shower. There was dog barking downstairs in the garden past midnight

Comfortable apartment even for a multi-day stay Positive: Spacious apartment in a good location with a beautiful view from the window; well-equipped kitchen; clean and well-maintained apartment Negative: The electrical system needs to be improved. A broken plug of the power strip in the bedroom can be particularly dangerous
