MyStay - Porto São Bento - Chambre simple avec kitchenette et balcon

Great location, but very uncomfortable stay Positive: The location is great, the layout of the room and the facility is really nice. The bathroom and the kitchenette were clean and well appointed. Negative: The property is filthy. It smells of mould and mildew, and there is visible black mould above the shower in the room that I was staying (101). The carpets are dirty, and I got bug bites while I was staying there, not sure from what. This property needs some extensive maintenance.

Nice studio in a strategic location, clean, decent value for money, impersonal experience. Positive: Location next to Sao Bento train station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to visit nearby. Room itself clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Negative: Annoying virtual concierge that cannot provide correct answers to questions, you need to use WhatsApp to get some information, and even then, not information that is useful.

Great all round! Positive: Great location, entry was easy, clean, comfortable, cooking facilities & fridge. Roomy lift.

God beliggenhed . Alt andet kan jeg ikke anbefale. Fugtigt, beskidt, dårlig morgenmad og uhøfligt personale . Kommer ikk Positive: Super god beliggenhed Negative: Mangelfuldt rengjort, kakerlakker på værelset, mug/ skimmel i brusekabiner. Meget plettet gulvtæppe og “ fugtig” lugt på værelserne. Betalte for morgenmaden, det var ikke pengene værd. Hver dag var der nogen i vores gruppe der ikke havde fået morgenmaden. Jeg brugte lang tid på at diskutere med personalet på mail og telefon, og især Paula var direkte uhøflig.
