Molt insatisfactoria. No repetiria. Negative: Dutxa trencada, moltes humitats en el lavabo i vam tenir un problema amb la taquilla on guardàvem el nostre equipatge. Vam estar unes dues hores per resoldreu, patint per perdre l’avió i no aprofitant les últimes hores a Oporto.

A perfect stay in the heart of Porto — clean, comfortable, and hassle-free! Positive: I loved everything about the property! The location is absolutely perfect—right next to São Bento station and within walking distance to Porto’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was modern, very clean, and well-designed with a cozy, relaxing vibe. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the entire place felt quiet and safe. Communication with the staff was smooth and professional, and the check-in process was very easy. It was the perfect base for exploring Porto. Highly recommend!

Good budget accommodation Positive: The location was so great! I liked that it was self check in and check out. Generally a very good stay for money. Negative: The shower was not cleaned before our arrival. I scheduled a clean for the following day but this was never done. Also the power went out for an hour on our last day and the aircon did not work after this.
