MyStay - Porto São Bento - Studio

Incorrect check in details left me stranded at night Negative: I was given incorrect check in details so could not check in and there was no staff/hotline to support as it was late so I was stranded in Porto and had to wander around at 1am looking for another hotel in peak season. I got a full refund for my booking but they would not compensate me for additional costs incurred from staying at a more expensive hotel

Great location and easy check in Positive: Location Value Negative: Lift was broken three floors carrying luggage Humidity

Lloc fantàsticament situat al centre de Porto Positive: La ubicació és excel·lent Negative: No hi ha cap atenció personal. Volia deixar el meu equipatge abans de l'entrada a l'allotjament i no hi havia cap personal de l'allotjament amb qui comunicar-me.

It was great to stay there Positive: It is in the city center, next to the railway station. Easy to reach by walk all of the relevant places. Negative: The mold in the bathroom

Positive: Localização muito boa, você está do lado dos principais pontos turísticos e da Estação São Bento te dando ligação com o aeroporto e as outras cidades próximas. O prédio é seguro e numa região cheia de comércio, não tive quaisquer intercorrências em Porto com segurança na região central. Negative: O elevador estava estragado e o quarto por ser de carpete tava com um cheiro de mofo, infelizmente atacou a rinite da minha esposa um pouco. Não é o melhor tipo de piso para uma cidade tão úmida quanto Porto, ainda mais com tempo chuvoso com estava.
