MyStay - Porto São Bento - Chambre Double

Lovely location & great for the price! Positive: The property was great - it had good water pressure, amazing location (super close to all the main tourist places) and it was for an amazing price. The free storage lockers downstairs were also a blessing as it meant that checking out was easy, as you could leave your suitcases at the hotel. We also enjoyed the online check in/check out process, and there not being any staff at the hotel. With this, we enjoyed not having a physical key card to the outside of the hotel and the inside - we felt safe having individual codes. Negative: Although the majority of our thoughts are positive, there were some negatives that really let it down. The cleanliness of the room was not great, the shower was filthy and took a while to clean myself - the floor also had not been hoovered as it was dirty when we arrived (at 11pm so not an early check-in). The kettle - whilst it was great having a kettle, it was placed on the desk which had no plug nearby. This obviously didn’t make much sense, so we ended up using the plug in the wardrobe. Along the same lines, there was no bin in the room. Even a small bin would have made such a difference.

Negative: Vi kan börja med belysningen i korridoren, du får koder till allt i från ytterdörren till din dörr, belysningen är i gång kanske 10 sekunder innan den stängs ner och det blir mörkt. Rummen är pyttesmå, städningen är i princip obefintlig, jag tror inte dom har någon som faktiskt gör rent rummen. Genom möglig dusch, trasiga elkontakter till trasiga eluttag. Om väggarna och heltäckningsmattan kunde prata! Frukosten serveras i en plastdunk. Boka inte detta!!!! Bo inte här!!!!!

Positive: 距離Sao bento 車站步行只要三分鐘，有一小段上坡，對搭火車、扛大行李的旅客非常近！ 客服是AI，回覆問題速度很快、而且非常有幫助；我早上九點多就到門口，提問如何進入寄存行李，很快就給我密碼讓我進門。 Negative: 我一個人住房覺得空間大小還好，但如果是兩個人入住雙人房，可能會連開行李箱的空間都有困難。

Positive: The position is excellent, you can go everywhere by walking. It's easy to get in the structure with the code you receive before, the room was clean and there were no noise even if you are next to the train station. Negative: We had an issue one evening entering the structure because of an electricity problem apparently, nobody answered us, neither via WhatsApp nor by phone… So when everything go smoothly it's really great to get in the hotel via the digit code outside, but when it's not working you are basically stuck outside… Luckily, a guest heard us, but I never received any answer from the supposedly 7/24, assistance and neither the other guests.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Positive: Gostei muito da localização. Fica muito próximo a estação São Bento. Cama confortável, quarto e banheiro limpos. A entrada e saída são facilitadas. Ocorre sem presença de uma pessoa, mas é muito fácil. Negative: Tivemos um problema com a energia que foi logo resolvido.
