Lage sehr gut. Check in und out ohne Probleme. Sauberkeit auf jeden Fall verbesserungswprdig. Positive: Zentrale Lage und Preis Negative: Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden

Positive: Loved that our room had little balcony which was unexpected, no noise from neighbors or roads, very close the sao bento station Negative: The only downside was a small bit of damp/mould on the shower ceiling but nothing that would ruin the stay or trip!

gute Lage - sonst sehr reduziert Positive: Am besten war wahrscheinlich die Lage. Sehr zentral gelegen und Lokale, Geschäfte, Kirchen, alles in nächster Nähe. Check in und out ohne Probleme. Negative: Bedingt durch die Bauweise (das Zimmer war aber modern) und dem Hinterhof plus dem schlechteren Wetter war das Zimmer sehr feucht und Heizsaison war jetzt Mitte September noch nicht.

Human Poo in our room. Positive: Absolutely nothing! It was the worst place I’ve ever seen in my life, had to book a new hotel before even staying the night. Negative: To begin with the customer service on the phone was horrendous. They sent us the wrong codes so we couldn’t access the building or our room. They ignored my phone calls when trying to get in touch with them, actively saying the office is closed, but answered seconds later after using a different number to call. And worst of it all, after the whole ordeal about getting in, once we got in we were met with EXPLOSIVE DIARRHOEA in our toilet left from the guests before. After taking 40 minutes to get in touch with them to get someone to clean it, the cleaner just came in and flushed it a couple of times. Using no chemicals or any product whatsoever. There were shit stains still remaining. We tried contacting them to get a refund or get moved to a different room, and they said they have no other rooms and will not be giving us a refund because the “clogged toilet was cleaned after complaint” . Worst experience ever, would not even recommend this to my worst enemy.

進入房間就有階梯，冷氣有異味不想開機。 Positive: 臨火車站，不會很吵。 Negative: 進入房間就有階梯，冷氣沒有深度清潔有異味，陽台和隔壁同用一片牆，為了安全，睡覺沒有開窗，冷氣異味也不想開機。
