Positive: La limpieza de la habitación. Cama cómoda. Cocina práctica. Buenas vistas desde ell Estudio con balcón. Ubicación muy buena. Comodidad de poder hacer el check in y el check out de forma independiente. Para un par de noches, nos hemos apañado pese al inconveniente de los problemas con el agua y la luz. Negative: Tuvimos problemas con el agua, de repente no salía agua por el grifo. El mando de la calefacción con las pilas gastadas. Tuvimos que cambiar por las del mando de la tele, así que nos quedamos sin mando de tv.. La luz también saltó y nos las apañamos para volver a tener. No hay ninguna persona responsable en el establecimiento y cuándo comunicas un problema, te atiende un Bolt de IA, por lo que la solución al problema en el momento es inexistente. Estos puntos, pienso que son a mejorar.

Impresentable Positive: La ubicación Negative: No había agua para poder ducharte. Hubo un altercado con unos huéspedes y un extintor , mi habitación y ropa quedó totalmente manchada y ni siquiera pasaron a limpiala,y ha día de hoy siguen sin coger el teléfono y sigo esperando una disculpa mínimo.

I do not recommend this hotel if you want to have a good rest. Positive: The only plus of this hotel is the balcony with a city view. Negative: The room was constantly cold despite the air conditioning being turned on. It was stated that the room would be cleaned every day, but this did not happen, even though I placed the “please clean” sign on the door. Additionally, the pipe under the sink was leaking. My personal belongings, such as a hair straightener, a hair dryer, and two cosmetic bags, were stored there and ended up completely wet. There is also very little space in the elevator and in the room itself.

great location and facility Positive: we arrived earlier and was told that there are lockers for us to use for free. That was really nice and thoughtful. Negative: nothing
