Negative: La ventana no cerraba del todo, el baño es minúsculo y no funcionaba el ascensor.

Disappointing!!

Negative: 1. Lift not working and we were on 2nd floor and husband struggled with stairs as awaiting knee replacement surgery
2. Nowhere to hang clothes
3. Cups and teabags in room but no kettle
4. Paint peeling from walls in bathroom and hole in ceiling
5. No human contact and management fobbed off emails re lift etc
