Excelente Positive: Este alojamento no centro de Penafiel é excelente. Já estivemos várias vezes e continuará a ser a nossa eleição de futuro. Embora tenha feito a reserva pelo Booking devo dizer que a proprietária do alojamento é de uma simpatia extrema e sempre disponível para resolver qualquer questão que surja. Negative: Da última vez estivemos três noites e nunca nos mudaram as toalhas. Procuramos por funcionários e nunca encontrámos, só no momento do check out nos bateram à porta.

Positive: The position in the centre of town Comfort and size of room Stunning building, sensitively modernised. Negative: No lounge area, leaky coffee maker (!) Parking, unless you parked on the road and are immediately outside, was terrible. Avoid the 5€ a day space unless you are in a one-person Smart car. Access is terrible. Appalling information system from booking.com. You get a reply only from an AI bot who doesn't read what you've written. You have to use the phone number but the English option (2 on the voice messaging) isn't adequate for genuine queries. I booked two rooms for two separate couples and was given only one room code. I messaged, I phoned twice and eventually was given another. A terrible system. Once we got to the accomodation I received a WhatsApp message from a real person and she was very helpful. But my experience would never again make me want to book a MyStay property through booking.com. I'd go direct.

Sitio super bem localizado (mesmo no centro da cidade de Penafiel). Decoração com pormenores incríveis. Um ambiente confortável mas com um charme enorme! Pormenores como Bolinhos de Amor em cada quarto, elevam este sitio para uma experiencia memorável! Perfeito é a palavra escolhida! Muito Obrigada!
