Appartement géniale merci Positive: Tout était parfait l'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé la literie est très confortable Negative: Il faut impérativement réparer la porte d'entrée qui a du mal à être ouverte chaque jour de plus en plus Après un problème d'alarme il a fallut 3 heures afin que quelqu'un daigne y jeté un œil malgré nos demandes à stay heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas le feu

Logement confortable et bien situé Positive: Logement très confortable et très propre. Situé à proximité de la plage Negative: Aucune indication donnée sur des renseignements de base ( code wifi, où mettre les poubelles, comment accéder au service de la piscine intérieure). Tout au long du séjour c est un assistant virtuel ( Intelligence artificielle) avec qui on sera en contact ! Et qui ne sait pas répondre à la plupart des questions. Un minimum d accueil personnalisé serait appréciable. De même il y a quelques denrées de base ( café, sel, poivre, sucre...)ce qui en soit est une bonne attention. Problème : plusieurs pots sont vides, non réapprovisionnés.

Apartment was good but limited communication from staff Positive: The inside of the apartment was great. Good facilities and it was clean. Negative: Communication from staff was non-existent. They use an AI virtual agent who is unable to answer questions and responds in Portugese even when you message in English. I got nowhere with the AI virtual agent, so I messaged via whatsapp and no one got back to me. After our stay, I got a message asking for me to give them a 10 review, which I thought was a bit much. To enter the building you need door codes which play up so we spent time standing outside in the dark and in the rain trying to figure out why the doors werent opening even though they had opened earlier so we knew we were using the correct door code. Also in the check in message, you get given 3 door codes but only one works. Surely they know which door code is correct and can just send you that one so you arent keying in 3 different codes to see which one works???

Positive: O apartamento estava em boas condições e muito confortável

Fabulous apartment with great location & excellent facilities. Positive: Great facilities in the apartment, which were exactly as shown in the photographs. Excellent location as well, near to shops & the beach area, with a lovely bakery next door. The underground car parking was good as well, if a little tight to move around. Negative: A little information pack in the apartment would have been good, especially with instructions on how to get the wrist bands required for the pool area in the summer. A safe would be a good thing to add as well.
