Positive: Επικοινωνία με τον προσωπικό. Άνετα, καθαρά. Ολοκαίνουργιο περιβάλλον. Κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
Negative: Δύσκολο δωρεάν παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή. Δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός. Μόνο ανεμιστήρας. Πολύ υγρασία μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας. Διαμονή μόνο με αναμμένο αφυγραντήρα που σημαίνει θόρυβο. Το παντζούρι στο μοναδικό παράθυρο ήταν χαλασμένο κλειστό. Για' υτο νιώθεις σαν να μένεις στο ημιυπόγειο.
