MyStay - Porto São Bento - Camera doppia con balcone

Positive: Located centrally and very close for walking to many of the sightseeing spots, markets, and shops in Porto. The bed whilst small was very comfortable and the bedroom was tidy. The location is also very quiet, which is great for getting a good night's sleep. The doors are electric codes, so you don't need to worry about keeping track of keys. Air conditioning works to keep the room nice and cool. There are free lockers in the entrance, which we were able to store our luggage in after checking out and before catching our bus. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would rebook this property again. Negative: The shower in the bathroom needs to be cleaned better as there was mold growing around the base and scum/sludge. The rest of the bathroom was clean. We also were going to use the kettle in our room until we saw there was mold in the strainer of the kettle. The bedroom was on the smaller size, which was fine for us, but we were constantly tripping over our own luggage to get around. The bed was comfortable but a small double, which can be too small for some couples, especially if you are taller/larger. Unfortunately, the lift broke on our second day, and we were on the 4th floor, which was inconvenient, and it had not been fixed by the time we left. We do understand, though, that these things happen, and the time to fix it is likely out of the hosts control. For anyone with bad knees, you make want to consider this as there are a few stairs to get to the rooms. For us, these issues were of little concern, but I know some people might want to be aware when booking.

Sin solución a los problemas Positive: Ubicacion Negative: El ascensor estropeado y yo el 2 dia toda la noche sin luz y mandé varios mensajes ni una sola contestación ni preocupación tuve que buscar yo por donde estaba el cuadro de luz y solucionar lo de la luz en la habitación pero ni una llamada ni mensaje por parte del hotel me parece lamentable 😞

Positive: Checkin as 16h e checkout as 10h nem devia poder ser chamado de diária, ademais, localização boa, quarto organizado.

Décevant et sale Positive: L'isolation phonique des fenêtres est bonne Negative: Moisissures dans la salle de bain dans la douche et sur les murs en carrelage, aucune indication pour ouvrir la chambre, il restait des papiers d'un précédent locataire datant de septembre 2025 (nous sommes mi-octobre 2025), séjour très décevant
