Positive: The position in the centre of town Comfort and size of room Stunning building, sensitively modernised. Negative: No lounge area, leaky coffee maker (!) Parking, unless you parked on the road and are immediately outside, was terrible. Avoid the 5€ a day space unless you are in a one-person Smart car. Access is terrible. Appalling information system from booking.com. You get a reply only from an AI bot who doesn't read what you've written. You have to use the phone number but the English option (2 on the voice messaging) isn't adequate for genuine queries. I booked two rooms for two separate couples and was given only one room code. I messaged, I phoned twice and eventually was given another. A terrible system. Once we got to the accomodation I received a WhatsApp message from a real person and she was very helpful. But my experience would never again make me want to book a MyStay property through booking.com. I'd go direct.

Negative: Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro, inundou o quarto todo

Bastante agradável e acolhedora, tirando o domingo de manhã. Positive: As camas eram super confortáveis, os quartos super acolhedores e estava tudo super limpo. O Staff super simpático e prestável. E foram super atenciosos, quanto ao detalhe dos bolinhos. Negative: O facto de ter sido contactada no dia da entrada no alojamento pela responsável, por um serviço que tinha pedido ao alojamento há pelo menos 1 mês e pouco. E também pelo facto de ter havido imenso barulho esta manhã, por volta das 8h e pouco da manhã por um grupo, dentro e fora do alojamento. Sei que era um noivado, mas deveria ter havido respeito pelos hóspedes que ainda se encontravam a dormir.

Positive: Gostamos de tudo. Foi excelente, superou e muito nossas expectativas. Tudo muito bem organizado, limpo e aconchegante. A localização fez toda a diferença. Foi uma surpresa os mimos que estavam nos esperando. Negative: Não gostamos de passar pouco tempo.
