Pésima gestión y logística Positive: Las instalaciones en si son cómodas y amplias, no hubo problema en ese sentido. La verdad es que si fuese solo por la comodidad, nos hubiese gustado mucho el alojamiento Negative: El check in es demasiado tarde, te dicen que te pueden tener tu equipaje aquí pero se paga y es mucho más caro que otros puntos donde te guardan el equipaje. Habíamos preguntado antes de reservar si era posible un check in adelantado, nos dijeron que si era posible pero que dependía de la disponibilidad de ese mismo día. Llegamos ese día, y nunca nadie nos dijo nada, hasta que encontramos un número donde nos dijeron que ellos no hacían check in adelantado, por lo que nos mintieron antes de reservar. El check out nos dijeron que era a las 11am, y luego llegaron a las 10am a echarnos de la habitación, porque había cambiado la hora del check out.

In the middle of everything Positive: Very comfortable room in an amazing, walkable neighborhood. Check in and out was easy. Negative: Any add ons like luggage hold, or early or late check in/out options were all quite expensive.

The PITZ, a hell hole, 5 nights of misery and depression Positive: Located next to train station, easy to travel to different parts of Portugal. Close to all amenities and downtown attractions within walking distances. Negative: Breakfast for 2 was dropped outside our door in brown paper bag. Contents, 2 paper thin slices of cheese, 2 paper thin slices of watery ham packed in same plastic pouch, 2 buns, 2 apples one small, the other normal size, 2 small pods of butter, nutella & jam, 2 T-bags, some broken biscuits, 2 miniature cartons of juice & milk, & 2 wooden knives, the same every day. After each delivery the ham got worse, by the fourth day it was smelly & slimy, inedible. If inmates in a prison were given this pitiful excuse for a breakfast, there`d be a riot. Our room had a mould smell, no kitchenette as listed, no bin for rubbish, no floor space to get around each other, nowhere to leave suitcases without having to climb over them, & one mouldy chair which was unusable because the bed was in the way. The TV was totally unfathomable, but after numerous attempts button pressing on the remote I did get a picture with some sound for about 45mins, then the picture disappeared altogether, nothing. The shower door opening was extremely narrow meaning toilet pan had to be negotiated to enter & also made sitting on the toilet seat difficult because there`s a wall very close to your head. There was a room downstairs which only had a kettle & microwave, lots of tables & chairs, but no plates, no cutlery, no sink with any running water to fill the kettle, & no fridge or cooking facilities. Was this the alleged kitchenette mentioned in the description, could just have easily been a computer room if they had plonked a computer & monitor on the bench where the kettle & microwave were sitting, instant room change! If you were in your room & there was a fire just outside of your room you wouldn`t stand a chance of escaping, because there`s no windows or fire exit, just a door which opens into a square space which they call a terrace- of 4 concrete walls 20ft high, you`d be cremated.
