MyStay - Porto São Bento - Double room with terrace

Positive: Localização, limpeza, facilidade no acesso e check-in

Ubicación excelente en un lugar algo decepcionante Positive: La ubicación es excelente. Sábanas y toallas limpias. Atención por mensaje. Tiene buena calefacción. Negative: Estaba sucio de polvo, partículas extrañas, hongos en paredes y cortinas. Olía muy mal. El colchón tenía manchas de hongos y estaba mal puesto el cubre colchón. El edredón estaba súper percudido. No se siente agusto sabiendo que respiras hongos y humedad. Sufrí mucho.

Perfect stay for a city-break in Porto. Positive: Everything that you might need, absolutely centre location. Negative: We had a small issue with the main door access code but it was solved in a matter of hours.

Book elsewhere Positive: The location which is right next to Sao Bento station. They also have storage lockers in the lobby if you want to leave bags which are free (but limited amount). Negative: Had two separate bookings for this property as we had to travel outside of Porto for a few days in between. We had booked the same type of room for both stays. The first room was on floor 5. Room was larger and cleanliness wasn’t the worst but still not great. The elevator was broken too. The second room was on floor 1. The room was absolutely disgusting. We actually had no bed covers on the quilt which was filthy. Room was significantly smaller too. Such an uncomfortable stay it actually ruined Porto for us.

Positive: Boa localização, perto de alguns pontos turísticos, o quarto super acolhedor confortável. Muito bom recomendo
