MyStay - Porto Batalha studio in the historical center

Central property with convenient automatic check-in Positive: Very good location within walking distance from the main sights, easy automatic check-in and check-out process, clean and tidy. Negative: You could see that some of the equipment, walls, etc. were not in spotless condition, but nothing that would influence our stay. A closed wardrobe for clothes would be nice instead of an open one.

Positive: Emplacement Propreté Renovation Negative: Insonorisation Matelas datant du siècle dernier, inconfort. Quand une personne bouge, l'autre le ressent énormément. Doit être changé pour ressembler à celui d'un hôtel correct.

Positive: Acomodação muito confortável, sem barulho nenhum, localização excelente. Negative: Senti falta de um pano de cozinha, mais tudo certo.

Room not cleaned, endless wait for check-in Negative: The gap between checkin (10) and checkout (16) is unusually huge - 6 hours. And still the room wasn’t clean at 16:00. I needed to contact customer support, to fight my way through annoying ai bots to reschedule the person, and in the end i checked an hour later. I wasn’t offered any way of compensation for the unprofessional inconvenience. Furthermore, the apartment didn’t have any toiletries, soap, shampoo etc. All in all very disappointing compared to my first stsy in this hotel 6 months ago
