MyStay - Porto Batalha single room with balcony

Great weekend trip to Porto. Positive: Self check in was easy. Good location, clean and comfortable. Negative: Nothing

Positive: La ubicación es excelente. La habitación, para una persona, tiene el espacio perfecto, aire acondicionado y cama muy cómoda, aunque se echa en falta algo más de almacenaje para la ropa. Negative: Como puntos a mejorar, solo había un bote muy pequeño de gel/champú (insuficiente para varios días), sin reposición de toallas ni limpieza durante la estancia. Si la reserva es de tres noches, lo mínimo sería que un día pasaran a limpiar un poco, vaciar papeleras y reponer toallas. Además, la ropa de cama no parecía muy limpia,una de las toallas de cara estaba roída por un lado. El desayuno fue algo decepcionante: no se me informó que sería en la habitación ni que todos los días sería exactamente igual. Teniendo tantos bares alrededor, podrían llegar a un acuerdo con alguno de ellos para ofrecer desayunos variados a los huéspedes, como se hace en otros alojamientos. Por último, el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escuchan conversaciones, pasos y movimientos de las habitaciones colindantes.

Perfection in a room Positive: Everything was perfect from the dimensions of the room to its cleaning conditions. The position is nothing short than comfortable for a visit in Porto, but also in case you want to make a trip to its surrondings (the station is a couple of minutes away). I think that if you search for the definition of single room for a person on a solo trip you will find out this great place. One last mention to the staff and the instructions they provided to make this great experience possible.
