Elhelyezkedése számomra kompenzálta azt, hogy a padló recsegése nagyon hangos.
Positive: A felszereltsége és az elhelyezkedése kimagaslóan jó. Minden séta távra van. Reptérre is ki lehet érni 40 perc alatt, mert közel van a metró. A bejutás könnyű, egyszerű. Jó megoldás a kódos bejutás a kulcs helyett.
Negative: Ha a szomszédban bárki megmozdul, akkor olyan, mintha egy szobában lennénk. Hangosan recseg a padló mind a felsőbb szinteken, mind ott, ahol voltam (1. emeleten).
Az utca zaja is eléggé beszűrődött.
