To be avoided (scammers) Positive: Only the location and nothing else Negative: * They did not send me the access password, so i stayed outside waiting for them to reply my message * I paid for a romantic pack and it was confirmed but nothing was prepared (a surprise was ruined for my girlfriend) it was very disappointing. Also no refund was offered for me. * I used the lockers for 3 hours for 12€ as was mentioned in their platform, but they issued 65€ in my bank account with no reason. Also no reply no refund * No one in charge in the property, there’s no one to talk to if case of problem. There’s only AI replies that make you feel more uncomfortable and angry. * Also, First aid equipment was expired, which is extremely dangerous, any customer can use them if he didn’t see the date of expiration.

Positive: Limpio cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia aqui Negative: Los lockers resulta sencillo pero a la vez no lo es tanto

Un fin de semana maravilloso por Oporto Positive: La ubicación y el apartamento en sí han sido fantásticos. El cuarto de baño un poco pequeño para dos personas. Negative: La hora del check-out (a las 10 a.m. ) es demasiado pronto lo cual afecta a tu descanso. También lo caros que son los locker (2’5h/hora) aún estando alojados allí.

Positive: The air con comfy bed Negative: Shower head kept falling out of holder. Impossible to get round the bed.

Perfecta ubicación en Positive: La ubicación en el centro pero sitio tranquilo y el check in/check out autónomo. El desayuno es variado y trae de todo. Coincidimos con una chica encargada de la limpieza que nos ayudó amablemente. Negative: La habitación tenía algunas humedades y falta de perchas (solo tres) y ganchos para colgar sobre todo en el baño que no habia donde dejar las toallas.
