Quarto confortável, porém a limpeza estava má. Tbm tive problemas com o código de entrada no quarto. Negative: Limpeza fraca – panos de cozinha e talheres sujos. Código de entrada não funcionou, tive de ligar várias vezes até conseguir resolver a situação.

Steep stairs to a nice room, AI Concierge not trustworthy. Positive: Clean room, reasonable location Negative: The AI Concierge is extremely annoying. It offers help but does not help when needed. Actually, the initial signature was Joaquim, so it was not immediately clear that this was AI. It provided WRONG information -- that OK to check in at 3:30 PM, but then the code did not work and a human on the phone advised to wait toll 4 pm. Then the code did not work again and again. Unnecessary stress after a long drive. The stairs are too steep and climing to third floor with a suitcase is not fun.

Positive: Localização ótima Negative: A reserva foi com estacionamento porém o estacionamento é pago e não foi disponibilizado ticket de desconto conforme o estabelecimento citou. Café da manhã chega muito tarde. Foi solicitada a entrega antes e foi atendida.

Negative: Ter que pagar extra para poder sair ao meio dia que é o horário standard de check out em qualquer alojamento
