Fontainhas Douro Apartment

Positive: le service client était agréable, et le localisation était chouette. Une superbe vue. Et un appartement ancien avec du charme. Negative: Le ménage n'avait pas été fait, ce n'était pas propre et y'avais des cafards dans l'appartement. Nous étions 6 , nous avons payé pour six personnes ( supplément) et il y avait que 4 chaises pour manger ce n'était pas pratique.

Positive: Widok z okna jest fenomenalny! Negative: Mimo zgłoszenia nikt nie przyszedł sprawdzić co się dzieje z lodówką, nie dostaliśmy podstawowych pakietów, nie było mydła w łazience...

Needs a bit more attention to detail to make it an enjoyable stay Positive: Great location . Well situated apartment within walking distance to the important landmarks. Fantastic views of Oporto. The actual apartment was great Negative: Toasters not working. Missing hairdryer. No wine glasses for the wonderful Portuguese wines. Missing batteries in remotes. Simple things would make it a nicer stay such as a starter pack of toiletries, dishwashing accessories like cloth, sponge. When only staying a few nights you don’t necessarily have all these things with you
