Comfortable room, clean and staff is very quick to response.
Positive: Location is great. You can walk to McDonald too. Everything in the room has what I needed.
Negative: I have problem with the kettle but the staff is quick to response that one of them brought a new one to my room in few minutes. I was amazed by the efficiency.

De encontro às expectativas
Positive: Excelente localização. Limpeza e arrumação. Self-checkin com o código da porta facilita imenso a chegada.
Negative: As cortinas não bloqueiam a luz ou o barulho da rua. Uns estores poderiam resolver esta situação.
O barulho dos outros hóspedes a entrar no edifício e a subir as escadas ouve-se através da porta.

Good stay
Positive: Was doing my Camino. The early check in certainly helps a lot. Joaquim was extremely helpful. Answered every queries almost instantly. The location is also perfect.
Negative: My only issue is the weak WiFi. Hope they can get it done up good. Would have rated a 10 if not for the WiFi.
